Yes. We encourage you to call the clinic at 623-824-2785 about your issue or the payment plans, etc.

Yes. We do free injury screens. We call them Discovery Visits. A 20 minute session with a Physical Therapist in the clinic to talk to you about your problem and evaluate your pain or stiffness, etc. We will help you determine if you are a candidate for Physical Therapy or if you need to be referred to a different specialist. Please call us at 623-824-2785 to schedule your Discovery Visit.

Yes. We offer Home Visits near both locations. If your are outside a 5 mile radius there will be an additional charge. If you want to schedule a Home Visit, please click on the Schedule Appointment button at the top right corner of this page or any other page.

We do not have set office hours. We are very flexible to meet the needs of our patients. If you want to schedule an Initial Eval or Followup treatment use our Online Scheduling Tool. If the available times do not work for you, call us or send us a message or an email. We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule.

No. Dry Needling is not the same as Acupuncture. The similarities stop at the type of needles. Dry Needling does not use drugs or fluids - thats why it is called dry. The needle is inserted into a muscle that is either in spastic state or the muscle is weak. The goal is to reset the muscle so that the muscle will perform better. At times, as you see in this picture above we will use an Electrical Stimulator to help facilitate the muscle to improve the strength of the muscle even more with a direct technique.

Physiologically, cupping draws blood to the affected area, reducing soreness and helps speed up the healing to overworked muscles. Cupping is not only used to help speed up recovery but also to help keep athletes injury free.

We want you to wear comfortable clothes that you are able to easily move around during the evaluation. Also make sure you bring your shoes that you wear most of the time. Please fill out and email the PT History Intake form to us at info@paladinopt.com. If you are not able to email the form to us, you may bring it with you on your first appointment.
